What our clients
are saying

"Jordan Lee is a Realtor-extrordinaire. His honesty, knowledge, expertise, respect, and friendship gets you through the process of buying or selling a home a great experience and at the same time giving you peace of mind that Jordan is there for you through the entire process. I have worked with Jordan 5x and would never use anyone else."

Lisa & Billy S.

"I met with three agents and ultimately chose to work with Jordan—and I’m so glad I did. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the market and brought a calm, reassuring presence to the entire process, which meant a lot to me. From the start, he said he’d be with me every step of the way—and he truly was. Jordan adapted quickly when challenges came up and always found the best path forward. Beyond his professionalism, what stood out most was his kindness. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family."

Dora L.

"We were referred to Jordan Lee by a co-worker, and from the first phone call, we were impressed. He listened closely to what we were looking for and came prepared to our initial meeting with detailed notes and a curated list of homes. As we toured properties, he quickly picked up on our preferences, which made the process efficient and enjoyable. We never felt rushed—he spent the time to walk us through each home and thoughtfully discuss the pros and cons. When we found the right house, he helped us craft a competitive offer and guided us through every step until it was accepted. Jordan’s expertise and care were key to us getting the home we wanted. We can’t recommend him enough."

Words like this are why we do what it is we do at Jordan Lee Real Estate. And we have a chance to build relationships with some really just genuine and good people. This client of ours was willing to help us move mountains to get his mother‘s home sold. He listened to every word of advice, and we worked together as a team. It’s not always easy and it’s not always quick - but we always get the job done.

Doom scrolling the local housing market??? [you know you are] BE CAREFUL what apps you’re using. A federal judge has ordered Zillow and Redfin to turn over internal documents tied to a reported $100 million rental syndication agreement. The order comes as part of an antitrust case brought by the Federal Trade Commission along with attorneys general from multiple states, including Virginia, Arizona, New York, Connecticut, and Washington. Here’s what’s been reported: • Regulators allege the agreement may have limited competition in the multifamily rental listing space. • The lawsuits were filed in September 2025 and later consolidated in November. • Judge William Porter directed both companies to produce documents, including executive communications. • A motion to dismiss was filed in mid-January, with a hearing set for Feb. 25. • Both sides are actively exchanging information, and the companies say they’ve already produced hundreds of documents. Let the process play out, but stories like this highlight something consumers should understand — the largest real estate search platforms are not neutral marketplaces. They are powerful tech companies making strategic decisions that can influence what inventory gets visibility and how consumers interact with the housing market. When a handful of national platforms control so much of the search traffic, it naturally raises questions about transparency, competition, and whose interests are ultimately being prioritized. This is one of the many reasons working with a deeply connected local expert matters now more than ever. Local professionals aren’t driven by Wall Street expectations or shareholder pressure. Our business is built on relationships, reputation, and long-term trust inside the very communities we serve. We often know about opportunities before they ever hit a major portal, understand the nuances algorithms can’t interpret, and advocate for you without any hidden corporate agenda. Technology is a helpful tool. But it should never replace local knowledge, access, and real guidance — especially when you’re making one of the largest financial decisions of your life. Definitely one to watch as it unfolds. Healthy competition and transparency benefit everyone in the housing market.
