Meet Jordan Lee Founder & Managing Broker

I’m one of those few absurdly lucky people who genuinely loves what they do—so much so that, most days, it doesn’t feel like work at all. I launched this business my first day out of college because I wanted to do things differently. Now, more than two decades later—and after spending half my life in this business—I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 1,000 families buy and sell homes across the Triangle, with over $650 million in total sales. I’m consistently ranked among the top 25 Realtors in the region, but what matters more than accolades is the trust my clients place in me.

The reason I do this is simple: I truly believe that—aside from what you believe in, what you do with your life, and who you spend it with—one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make is where your life is going to happen. The setting matters. It shapes how your story unfolds. Helping people make that decision—whether it’s buying a first home, upgrading to something new, or letting go of a place that’s meant a lot—is a privilege I don’t take lightly.

I started this firm because I believed there was a better way to serve people— at a level of expertise, and an ability to connect, that’s uncommon in the real estate world. The success I’ve had is a reflection of my core values: always doing the right thing, putting people first, and delivering work I’m proud to stand behind.

This is more than just a real estate transaction. A home is the backdrop for your routines, your milestones, and the moments you’ll remember for years to come. Whether you’re relocating to Raleigh, buying your next home in Durham or Cary - or selling property anywhere across the Triangle, I’ll guide you through it with clear strategy, honest communication, and a calm, experienced hand.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter service. I take the time to listen, to understand your goals, and to tailor a plan around what matters most to you. Every client, every story, and every home is different—and that’s exactly how I approach it.

At the end of the day, my job isn’t to sell houses. My job is to be present in my relationships and to add value to the lives around me in any way I can. Sometimes that means negotiating a deal. Sometimes it means offering clarity when things feel uncertain. And sometimes it just means showing up and doing the right thing—even when no one’s watching.

Along the way, I’ve also developed a deep passion for mentoring a small, hand-selected group of agents who are committed to building their businesses the right way—through relationships, not shortcuts. I don’t have or need some big-box franchise feeding me deals, having me cold-call strangers, knock on doors, or buy internet leads. Everything I’ve built is rooted purely in trust—earned through consistent results and service that goes above and beyond. When you grow a business that way, success follows. And I love helping other agents build something real and lasting.

I have no desire to sell one house to one person one time. This is why I have clients who I’ve sold six and seven homes to over the past 20+ years. And it’s not just because I do the job well—it’s because they know I care.
