Having lived in Montana, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Massachusetts, and North Carolina, Stacy has moved 17 times in her life. Yes, she’s a military brat! If there’s one thing she understands, it’s how exciting, stressful, and overwhelming moving can be.
Stacy and her family settled in Durham in 2010 and quickly fell in love with North Carolina. She earned her master’s degree in school counseling from UNC-Chapel Hill and spent the next decade as a counselor at a small charter school in Durham, building strong relationships and deep roots throughout the community.
The most important thing Stacy learned during those years is that everyone deserves to have someone in their corner. That same belief now guides her work in real estate. Stacy approaches every client relationship with patience, honesty, and genuine care. She takes the time to listen, understand what matters most, and help her clients navigate every decision with confidence. Whether you’re buying your first home or your fifth, Stacy will be in your corner from the first conversation through closing!
Outside of real estate, Stacy loves roller skating, puzzles, and Paddleboarding. She and her husband of 27 years, Kilean, share their home with her mom, Brenda, their dogs, Reba and McEntire, and their cat, Hank. Their daughter has flown the coop and now lives in New York City, while their son is completing his degree at NC State. Stacy also coaches a middle school Ultimate Frisbee team and can often be found cheering at Ultimate events throughout the Triangle. Go Alpha! Go Flyers! Go Radiance!
